We’re excited to share that The Daily Sun has published a feature article spotlighting our latest partnership and groundbreaking therapy initiative for veterans and first responders.
The article showcases how Combat Veterans to Careers, in collaboration with Take a Knee Foundation and Emerald Medical, has launched Operation Field Trip – a new program offering ketamine-assisted therapy and counseling to help treat PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
This initiative is designed to support the mental health of those who’ve served by offering breakthrough treatment options not typically covered by insurance. Veterans and first responders are provided with multiple sessions of medically supervised ketamine therapy, held in specially outfitted trailers, alongside peer support and counseling.
One of the featured participants, Lou Nicosia, a Vietnam veteran, shares how the program is helping him reclaim his peace of mind after decades of suffering. His story reflects the life-changing potential of this new approach.
We’re proud to be part of a program that’s already making a difference – and we’re grateful to The Daily Sun for helping spread the word. Be sure to pick up a copy or READ THE FULL ARTICLE to learn more about how Operation Field Trip is helping heroes heal.
