Golf with a CVC Veteran: Saturday, September 8, 2018, 9 AM shotgun start at Bonifay Country Club.
4 Player + CVC Combat Veteran Battle Buddy Step Aside Scramble – $100.00 per person entry fee includes: green fees, snacks, prizes, winner awards, goody bag, specialty hole, awards, and pairings party.
“Step Aside” is another name for a Florida scramble. Members of each 5-person team in the tournament play a scramble, but the golfer whose ball is chosen for each shot has to sit out the next stroke. Example: Players A, B, C and D tee off. Player B’s drive is chosen as the team drive. Player B has to “step aside” – to sit out – on the next shot.
