Augusto is currently a director at RVR Consulting Group, which is a growth management and business solutions firm based in Winter Park, Florida. Previously, he was a partner and the COO of Crase Sigma, Brazil’s second largest real estate management company, and the Director of Global Professional Development for the Institute of Internal Auditors. The IIA is a non-profit organization with 195,000 members and 110 institutes around the world.

Augusto has worked with for profit and non-profit organizations and led projects in North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
He earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from University of Florida with a double major in Computer Information Science and Marketing. He is married and has twin daughters.
